If you are or were an InteliChart patient portal account holder through Willis-Knighton; a Meditech patient portal account holder through Willis-Knighton; or someone who made a request to schedule an appointment online with Willis-Knighton from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2023, then you may be eligible for Settlement Benefits.
If you are an eligible Settlement Class Member and wish to receive one or more of the following settlement benefits then you must submit a claim by December 18, 2025.
The Settlement provides the following benefits to every Settlement Class Member.
Cash Payment: Through the Settlement, Willis-Knighton has agreed that Settlement Class Members can each make a claim for a cash payment. The amount of the payment is variable and is printed on the Notice Class Members received.
Privacy Shield Pro: Settlement Class Members are automatically entitled to one year of Privacy Shield Pro, which includes the following features: Dark Web Watchlist, VPN In Touch, Password Scan, Private Search functionality, Password Defense, Digital Vault, and Data Broker Opt-Out services.
An enrollment code for Privacy Shield Pro was emailed to all Settlement Class Members. If you did not receive that Notice, or no longer have it, please contact the Settlement Administrator. Instructions for enrolling will be sent after the court gives final approval to the Settlement.

To start your online claim, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@WKMCDataSettlement.com or calling (844) 496-0931. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
